The Comparative and International Law Workshop, led by Professor Anu Bradford, is a faculty and student seminar where leading scholars from the US and abroad present their scholarly work on a range of topics pertaining to comparative and international law. In this session, guest speaker J. Benton Heath (Temple University School of Law) will be discussing his paper "The Chinese Boycotts and the Emergence of International Sanctions Law: 1905–1933".
