Ulic Egan is a human rights lawyer and PhD student and Swansea University Research Scholar (SURES) at the Hillary Rodham-Clinton School of Law. He is also the Program Manager for the Institute for International Criminal Investigations (IICI). Egan is undertaking a socio-legal intersectional analysis of the role of technology in the evolution of international criminal investigations and will be working on related research during his time as a practitioner in residence with the Human Rights Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway and an LL.M. in International Criminal Law from the Irish Centre for Human Rights.
Six twenty-minute appointments are available on first-come-first-serve basis. Most suitable for, but not restricted to, 3L and LL.M. students.
