This lecture will focus mainly on the structure and characteristics of the Chinese law, underlining the various principles of Roman Law that we can find in Chinese Law. Prof. Toti will also discuss the role of the Chinese jurisprudence, focusing on the main question “Is the Chinese law a new model that can be used today?”
