Primary Goals

  • The two basic goals are to concentrate on one complex area of constitutional law and constitutional interpretation and to consider appropriate relations betwen the US government and religious believers and institutions.

Secondary Goals

  • Secondary goals are to improve skills in reflective legal writing and to enrich a sense of fundamental general questions about various ways constitutional rights may be understood.
