Early Interview Program
The Early Interview Program is the largest J.D. recruitment program for 2L and 3L students. It will take place on July 30, 31, August 1, and 2, 2019, at the Conrad Midtown.
Each year law firms, corporations, and government organizations conduct 20-minute interviews of students for summer and full-time positions. Students indicate their interview preferences through an online bidding system, and interviews are assigned by lottery. To be eligible for EIP, students must participate in mandatory programming designed to prepare them for the recruiting process.
If you would like to speak further regarding whether your organization might benefit from participation in the Early Interview Program, please contact our Associate Director of Recruiting.
