Implications for Tax Planning, Tax Policy, and Corporate Governance Conference
Hosted by the Millstein Center, the Richard Paul Richman Center for Business, Law and Public Policy, the Charles Evans Gerber Transactional Studies Center and Davis Polk & Wardwell, "Inversions: Implications for Tax Planning, Tax Policy, and Corporate Governance" will take place on Friday, February 27, 2015, from 7:45AM-12:00PM at the law office of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, 450 Lexington Avenue (at 45th Street) in New York City.
The half-day event will bring together prominent speakers from the financial, public, legal and academic sectors, among others in the governance community, to discuss and evaluate the various impacts of US-based companies relocating their corporate domicile overseas.
Admission is free of charge, although pre-registration is required.
