Professional Education Credits
The Millstein Governance Forum is offering CLE and CFA CE Professional Credits to attendees.
CFA CE Credits
CFA Institute has approved this program, offered by the 2014 Millstein Governance Forum, for 9 CE credit hours. If you are a CFA Institute member, CE credit for your participation in this program will be automatically recorded in your CE tracking tool.
Those interested will need to sign in at Registration at the Forum, on both Thursday and Friday. (Please be sure to mention that you are seeking these credits at Forum Registration.)
Columbia Law School has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Board as an Accredited Provider of CLE programs. Under New York State CLE regulations, this live CLE program, suitable for both transitional and nontransitional attorneys, will provide in aggregate a maximum of 11 credit hours that can be applied toward the Areas of Professional Practice requirement.
ELIGIBILITY: The CLE credit award is based on full attendance, only, of credit-eligible sessions, as reflected in the conference registers, which attorneys seeking credit must sign both prior to and following their attending program sessions, for Morning and Afternoon sessions before and after the lunch break. Attorneys attending only part of a session are not eligible for partial credit for it, although they are most welcome to attend it. On sign-out, at the Morning or Afternoon Sessions’ conclusion or otherwise on departure, attorneys should also submit their completed Evaluation Form, furnished at the Conference.
All credits are non-transitional Areas of Professional Practice credits, and are offered as such:
· Thursday, June 12 Afternoon, 4 credits
· Friday, June 13 Morning, 3 credits
· Friday, June 13 Afternoon, 4 credits
