New York, March 22, 2013—Columbia Law School Professor C. Scott Hemphill and Mailman School of Public Health Professor Bhaven N. Sampat have written an article explaining the stakes in a pending U.S. Supreme Court case dealing with reverse payment settlements in the pharmaceutical industry.The case is being argued March 25.
