STUDY FINDS INCREASED DAMAGES IN SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASES

A study conducted by Prof. Catherine Sharkey found that damages awarded in sexual harassment lawsuits have increased, despite laws intended to cap damages.

The study appeared in the latest issue of the Journal of Empirical Legal Studies.
