On April 25, 2003 the Columbia Society of International Law will host the 2003 Friedmann Conference on "Law and Ethics of the Intervention and Non-Intervention in the Rwandan Genocide." The Conference is an annual forum that brings together scholars and practitioners to address matters of consequence on the international legal scene.
