The European Corporate Governance Institute , the Brussels-based non-profit association founded last year to provide a forum for debate between academics, legislators, policymakers and practitioners on corporate governance and the promotion of best practice, has elected professors John C. Coffee Jr., and Ronald Gilson as fellows.
