The European Legal Studies Center is pleased to present "What is New with the New Constitution?" a panel discussion chaired by Giuliano Amato, Former Prime Minister of Italy and Vice-President of the Convention on the Future of Europe.

The discussion will be followed by a reception in honor of the 10th anniversary of the Columbia Journal of European Law in Drapkin Lounge.
