Professor Tim Wu recently held a two-day mock trial based on the case involving Philip Markoff, a Boston medical student who became known as the "Craigslist Killer." Students in Wu's criminal law course served as jurors, attorneys, and witnesses for the trial. While the jury deliberated, Wu opened the floor for discussion on the intricacies of arguing the case and the potential outcomes.
