Professors Benjamin L. Liebman and Sarah H. Cleveland visited Beijing as part of the United States delegation for the U.S.-China Legal Experts Dialogue. The discussions, co-sponsored by the U.S. State Department and China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, focused on the benefits stemming from, and the practical implementation of, the rule of law.
