Law School Hosts Q&A with Justice Sotomayor

Spring 2012

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor visited Columbia Law School this past fall for a conversation with Professor Suzanne B. Goldberg and Columbia University English and comparative literature professor Frances Negrón-Muntaner. During the discussion, faculty members, graduates, and students learned about the justice’s experience serving on the nation’s highest court. And in a lighter moment, Sotomayor also spoke about her childhood love of Nancy Drew books. The event was co-sponsored by the Center for Gender and Sexuality Law, and the Center for the Study of Ethnicity and Race at Columbia University.
