The Center for Gender and Sexuality Law recently welcomed U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg ’59 for a symposium commemorating the 40th anniversary of her appointment to the Law School faculty and celebrating her contributions to gender-based justice and equality. Symposium speakers included Dean David M. Schizer, who clerked for Ginsburg, and Professor Katherine M. Franke, director of the Center for Gender and Sexuality Law. As part of the event, Ginsburg participated in a comprehensive conversation about her career as a professor, advocate, and Supreme Court justice.
