Raz Delivers Lecture at Library of Congress

Professor Joseph Raz, a leading expert on legal and political philosophy, delivered the second Frederic R. and Molly S. Kellogg Biennial Lecture in Jurisprudence at the Law Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. Raz’s talk centered on the concepts of legitimate authority and diminishing state sovereignty while also addressing the impact of globalization on the connection between law and society.
