Items requested from offsite before 3:30 pm should arrive the following business day. Items requested over
the weekend should arrive on Tuesday. You will be notified via phone or e-mail when the
requested item is available.

If You Are Using Pegasus via the Web:
The barcode number for each item is displayed on the item record screen.
Each volume of a title has a distinct barcode number; please be sure to select the correct one.
You can either cut and paste the barcode number into this form, or re-type it. Be sure to include
the complete barcode number.
If You Are Using Pegasus via Telnet:
To display the barcode of an item, you must type the number that appears next to
the item in the "Location - Volume/Copy - Status" box at the bottom of the item record screen. Each volume of a title has a distinct
barcode number; please be sure to select the correct one. If the computer you are working on has web access, you can cut and paste the information into this form. If not, you will need to write or print the barcode
number information and re-type it into this form. Be sure to include the complete
barcode number.
