Directions to the Law Library
The Arthur W. Diamond Law Library is located on Columbia University's Morningside Heights campus on the third floor of Columbia Law School's Jerome L. Greene Hall. Jerome L. Greene Hall, often abbreviated as JGH, is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Amsterdam Avenue and West 116th Street (map it).
There are two entrances to Greene Hall. There is a third floor entrance requiring valid ID that can be accessed via the outdoor bridge across Amsterdam Avenue between Philosophy and Greene halls. There is also a first floor entrance on West 116th Street. From there, take the stairs or the elevator up to the third floor. The entrance to the Library is located in the northwest corner of the main corridor.
Directions to the Morningside Heights Campus
The Morningside Heights campus of Columbia University is conveniently located near the 116th Street and the 1 train Broadway subway station. The M4, M5, M11, M60, M104 bus lines also have 116th Street stops near campus.
