Printing Quota

Columbia Law offers high speed, networked printers. Students have a printing quota of 2500 pages PER YEAR! This is more than any other Law School in the nation! Click for survey.

Pages do not carry over from year to year. If you exhaust your printing quota, additional pages can be purchased at 5 cents/page at the Diamond Law Library's circulation desk in Jerome Greene Hall.

This 2500 print quota does not include Westlaw or LexisNexis print jobs which are automatically sent to the dedicated research printers in the 2nd floor lab. Those pages are paid for by Lexis Nexis and Westlaw. You can check your current print balance anytime by either hovering the mouse cursor over the dollar sign "$" in the task bar near the computer clock or double clicking "$". This will show you the number of pages you have left.

Resume Printing

A dedicated resume printer is set up in 216I Jerome Greene Hall computer lab. This printer is not networked therefore resumes have to be copied on a floppy disk or thumb drive and printed directly from the resume computer. Bring your own resume paper as it is not provided in the lab.
