Portable Equipment
Overhead Projector - Display transparencies on screen. Portable screens are available for rooms without one built in.

Microphones & Speakers - To be used in rooms with no built-in PA systems. Also can be used to enhance a room with one to allow for multiple microphones for a panel discussion.

Cassette Recorder - Uses standard size cassettes for audio recording.

Video Projection - Projection of standard VHS or VHS-C videos. We can try and work with you to have other formats converted for projection.

Laptop Projection - Projection of any laptop program onto screen. Laptops are also available depending on the situation and the event.

Camcorders - Record an event onto standard VHS tapes. Tripods are also available.

Slide Projector - Project standard 35mm slides onto screen.

Long Extension Cords - We have several 50' and 100' cords. Essential for events requiring electrical power on Revson Plaza and other outdoor locations.
