Reservations for Easels, Banners, and Tables are made through buildingevents@law.columbia.edu. Easel, Banners and Tables are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Easels
As the demand for easel space is greater than the supply, the following guidelines will apply:
Easels will be provided on a first come, first served basis;
Postings are limited to one poster per event (multiple easels will not be available);
Posters will be removed immediately after the event and, unless arrangements are made to the contrary, discarded immediately;
Multiple-event posters will not be accepted;
Easel reservations will not be considered and can not be made more than 2 days in advance of the event.
Easel availability determines policy flexibility.
Banners
Building Services has wall and podium banners. Both are available in two colors and two materials: light blue vinyl and dark blue cloth. Custodial Services must install wall banners. Podium banners have self-stick Velcro for installation by the user.
