For Semester Study Abroad Students
Monthly Reports
Student are required to submit written reports detailing their course work, on the first of every month, or on the following business day if the first day of the month is on a week end or holiday.

Reports should be approximately 1 page double-spaced, per course, and should briefly describe the subject matter, reading materials, etc. Reports may also contain any other information that students deem related to the educational experience (such environmental, institutional and academic experiences and impressions). For examples of past reports, please see the binders by the printer on the sixth floor of William and June Warren Hall.

It is the student's responsibility to submit monthly reports in a timely fashion. Students will not receive credit for foreign study if they fail to comply with this requirement, regardless of the grades received at the foreign university.

Semester Course & Program Evaluations
Students are required to submit Course Evaluations for each course taken abroad and one Program Evaluation. All Evaluations must be submitted one week after the last exam at the foreign institution.

It is the student's responsibility to submit evaluations in a timely fashion. Students will not receive credit for foreign study if they fail to comply with this requirement, regardless of the grades received at the foreign university.

For Double Degree Students
ALL DOUBLE DEGREE STUDENTS:

Reports should follow the instructions included on the forms.  Reports may also contain any other information that students deem related to the educational experience (such as environmental, institutional and academic experiences and impressions). For examples of past reports, please see the "Past Reports & Evals" on the internal website or the physical binders by the printer on the 6th floor of William and June Warren Hall.

LONDON DOUBLE DEGREE STUDENTS:
The Double Degree Report is due in the middle of the first term.  The London Term report is due at the end of each term abroad, exact dates to be announced; usually late-December, mid-March, late-June.
Program and Course Evaluations are due with the final term reports.

FRENCH & GERMAN DOUBLE DEGREE STUDENTS:
Course Evaluations are due within a week of the conclusion of each term of study.  In addition to the Course Evaluations, the following reports are also due at the indicated time:
    The Double Degree Report is due at the conclusion of the first fall term abroad. 
    The Double Degree Program Evaluation is due at the end of the final term of study abroad.
