Audrey Baker is Director of International Student Exchange and Dual Degree Programs. She has worked and studied internationally for more than 25 years, and advised internationally-oriented Columbia Law students since 2013. She earned a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University, with concentrations in Latin American and Iberian Studies and International Law. At Harvard Law School, she was Executive Editor of the Harvard International Law Journal and received a Clyde Ferguson Fellowship to work in a human rights organization in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
After graduating from law school, she worked as a corporate associate at the offices of White & Case in New York and in Prague, and spent a year working at the law firm of Fabregat & Bermejo in Madrid. She later worked as a political affairs officer at the United Nations Mission for the Verification of Human Rights in Guatemala. She went on to spend over a decade working both domestically and internationally as a national news producer, primarily at ABC News and Reuters Television.
