He later worked as an Assistant General Counsel at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he provided counsel on financial services matters to Deloitte member firms around the world, after which he founded Caldwell Litigation Group PLLC. At Columbia, Victor was a Senior Editor of the Columbia Law Review, an Earl Warren Legal Scholar and a Thurgood Marshall Fellow.
