Shawn Pelsinger

Shawn Pelsinger serves as a ninja at Palantir Technologies, a Silicon Valley-based company that enables organizations to perform powerful analysis of data at scale. He serves as an adviser to the New York University School of Law Business Transactions Clinic, where he is a Jacobson Fellow in Law and Social Entrepreneurship. Pelsinger has lectured at New York University School of Law; the George Washington University School of Engineering & Applied Science; the Grove School of Engineering at the City College of New York; the University of Nottingham; the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing; and the International Islamic University of Malaysia.

Prior to Palantir, Pelsinger worked in the New York and London offices of Shearman & Sterling, where he represented private fund sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, international development banks, and a number of global financial institutions.

He received his J.D. and LL.M. from NYU Law School and an LL.M. from the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law.
