Nyaguthii Chege is the Director of International, Human Rights & Summer Programs.  Nyaguthii Chege has experience working in the public and private sectors in the United States and abroad. Most recently she was the inaugural Director of Career Services at Peking University School of Transnational Law in China, where she designed and delivered career advising and professional development programs for students and alumni. Nyaguthii began her legal career as a corporate associate in the Banking and Credit group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. Before that she worked in Washington, DC, first as a staff attorney in the International Program of the Natural Resources Defense Council and then at The World Bank as a consultant advising governments on public sector governance and reform. Nyaguthii was a student at Columbia, where she graduated a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar from the Law School and received a joint degree in International & Public Affairs from SIPA. She earned a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College.
