Nicole M. Argentieri is the acting chief of the organized crime and gangs section of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
Argentieri has served as an assistant U.S. attorney since 2007. After graduating from law school, she was an associate in the white-collar criminal defense group of the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
She earned her J.D., cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2002 and her B.A. from Columbia College in 1999.
