Mohit Gourisaria is a law clerk on the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. From 2012-2016, he was an associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he represented clients in complex civil litigation, bankruptcy-related litigation, regulatory, and white-collar criminal matters.
Gourisaria received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and argued the winning case in the Frederick Douglas Moot Court national and regional championships, receiving the Simon H. Rifkind Prize for best overall performance in the First-Year Moot Court Program.
Gourisaria received a LL.M. from the London School of Economics and his B.A. in theater arts and economics, summa cum laude, from Brandeis University.
