Jonathan Kolodner has been an assistant U.S. attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York since June 2000.
He is the acting deputy chief of the organized crime unit and, since June 2006, has been a deputy chief appellate attorney in the office’s criminal division. His practice focuses on criminal, securities, and other enforcement and regulatory matters as well as on complex commercial litigation.
From August 1997 to August 1998, Kolodner clerked for the Honorable John G. Koeltl of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Chester J. Straub of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
