Eric Epstein is a partner at Dorsey & Whitney.
At Dorsey & Whitney, he handles a broad range of commercial matters and pro bono civil rights cases through all phases of litigation and trial in federal and state courts. He previously practiced at Sullivan & Cromwell.
Eric is the lead author of a legal treatise, The Bank Examination Privilege (American Bar Association 2017). Eric’s treatise is about regulatory examinations of financial institutions and the laws that keep such examinations confidential.
Epstein is a 2003 graduate of Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a recipient of the Robert Noxon Toppan Prize.
