Yehonatan Givati joined the Faculty of Law at Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2012 as an associate professor. He previously clerked for Justice Esther Hayut at the Israeli Supreme Court before pursuing his graduate studies at Harvard University where he was awarded several prizes, including a Fulbright Fellowship, an Olin Fellowship, and a research fellowship from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. Givati also spent two years as a Post Graduate Research Fellow in Law and Economics at NYU School of Law.
