Adjunct Professor of Law
Vincent M. Di Lorenzo is Professor of Law at St. John’s University School of Law, and Senior Fellow, Vincentian Center for Church and Society at St. John’s University. Before joining the law faculty at St. John’s, Professor DiLorenzo was a member of the faculty at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and was associated with the Wall Street firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, practicing in the real estate-banking department. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section of the New York State Bar Association and Co-Editor of the N.Y. Real Property Law Journal. He is also a fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
Professor DiLorenzo has authored many articles and books on banking law, legislation and real estate law, including The Law of Condominiums and Cooperatives, Banks and the Securities Law Volume 5, Treatise on Banking Law, and New York Condominium and Cooperative Law.
He received his J.D. from Columbia University Law School in 1978.
