Richard Meyer is a career Judge Advocate in the United States Army. He has multiple tours as a military prosecutor as well as deployments as part of both United Nations and NATO missions. He is currently a member of the Law faculty at the United States Military Academy at West Point teaching Jurisprudence and Comparative Law.
