Noah Kupferberg
Lecturer in Law
Noah Kupferberg joined the Litigation Group at
Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in 2010. He is a former law
clerk to the Honorable Thomas P. Griesa in the Southern District of New
York. During law school, he interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office
for the Southern District of New York, the Manhattan DA’s Office, and the
Securities and Exchange Commission. He also externed in the
chambers of the Honorable Robert D. Sack in the Second Circuit and the Honorable
Gerard E. Lynch in the Southern District of New York. Prior to law
school he interned at the Brennan Center for Justice and worked at Random House
and the Village Voice. He received his A.B. magna cum laude from
Harvard and his J.D. with honors from Columbia.
