Ken Rivlin is head of Allen & Overy's Global Environmental Law Group, US
Environmental and Regulatory Law Group and US Pro Bono Program. He and
his team advise on environmental and regulatory risk in transactions
involving virtually every industrial sector, compliance with US and EU
environmental requirements (such as the WEEE and RoHS Directives and
REACH), emissions trading and climate change, environmental disputes,
toxic tort risk, SEC disclosure requirements and corporate governance
issues. Ken also advises on the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
(FCPA), dealings with OFAC-sanctioned countries, Exon-Florio and
similar matters.
Ken previously worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP (1996-2001) and McCarter & English LLP (1994-1996).
Ken
is a member of the New York City Bar's Committee on International
Environmental Law and writes
and speaks frequently on environmental and regulatory matters.
