Experience
Prior to becoming an associate-in-law at Columbia, she clerked for the Honorable Rosemary S. Pooler of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Shira A. Scheindlin of the Southern District of New York. She was also an associate at Covington & Burling LLP, in New York, where she focused on commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense, as well as pro bono representation of Muslim, South Asian, and Arab non-citizens detained after September 11. She is a member of the New York Bar.
