Jay Topkis

Jay Topkis is Of Counsel at Paul, Weiss, in the Litigation Department. Jay Topkis had an extensive trial and appeals practice before his retirement in 1995. His trial and appeals experience includes civil and criminal, antitrust, patents, tax fraud, copyrights, securities, takeovers, palimony, paternity, and the free speech and establishment clauses of the First Amendment. He has appeared before arbitration tribunals and served as an arbitrator.
