Prior to joining Columbia Law School, Ms. Strauss practiced commercial litigation at Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler LLP and at Simpson, Thatcher & Bartlett. She also clerked for the Honorable Emilio M. Garza of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
