Ian Laird is Counsel at Crowell & Moring LLP. He has worked in the investment arbitration field for over 12 years, including on some of the earliest NAFTA Chapter 11 arbitrations. He is the Editor-in-Chief of InvestmentClaims.com, the leading on-line resource in the field (published by Oxford University Press).
