Elizabeth Lederer
Lecturer in Law
Ms. Lederer is an active prosecutor in the New York County
District Attorney’s Office. She is Senior Trial Counsel, working in the Forensic/Cold
Case Unit to review and re-investigate unsolved murder and rape cases. In her
many years in the District Attorney’s Office, Ms. Lederer has worked in the
Labor Racketeering Unit investigating organized crime in the construction
industry, the Sex Crimes Unit, and the Career Criminal Unit. Ms. Lederer has tried many, many cases, and
has taught trial practice and general litigation in a number of different
venues.
