Dina R. Jansenson, Esq. is a leading trainer of negotiation and conflict resolution techniques.
She teaches negotiation at Columbia Law School and New York University School of Law, and has often been called upon to provide training in negotiation and mediation for corporations, universities, and organizations such as the United Nations, the United States Department of Justice, and the New York City Bar Association, in the United States and abroad, in countries including Spain, Italy, Mexico, Argentina, and Chile.
In addition, Ms. Jansenson is a Senior Mediator/Arbitrator for JAMS, a U.S. national dispute resolution company, and she has over twenty years of experience mediating and arbitrating a wide variety of claims.
Ms. Jansenson also serves as an external, third party, ombudsperson for Bertelsmann and its subsidiaries and affiliates in North and South America.
Finally, Ms. Jansenson is Of Counsel to the law firm of Flemming Zulack Williamson Zauderer LLP.
Ms. Jansenson has lived in Argentina and Israel, and speaks fluent Spanish and Hebrew.
