Founded Blaqwell, Inc. in 2001, a management consultancy firm focused on the legal industry. Specialized in international financial transactions including capital markets transactions and M&A. Has taught “International Financial Transactions” and “Anatomy of Large Law Firms” at Columbia Law School since Fall 2000.
