Danielle Kersis
Lecturer in Law
Ms. Kersis is an associate at Kelley, Drye & Warren LLP, where she specializes in corporate and securities law. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with highest honors from Rutgers University. She received her J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School, where she was the recipient of a Presidential Scholarship. While attending law school, Ms. Kersis was a member of both The George Washington University International Law Review and The George Washington University Moot Court Board. She also co-instructed legal research and writing as a Dean’s Fellow during her third year.
