Andrew Elmore

Andrew Elmore is a Section Chief in the Labor Bureau of the New York Office of Attorney General, focusing on strategic enforcement of wage and hour law through affirmative civil investigations and litigation.  He joined the New York Office of Attorney General in 2006 as an Assistant Attorney General and then Section Chief in the Civil Rights Bureau.  From 2002 to 2005 he was a Skadden Fellow and a staff attorney in the Legal Aid Society in New York City.  He served as a law clerk for Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.  He is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law and Swarthmore College.
