Andrew DeVore is a founding partner of DeVore & DeMarco LLP, a boutique firm specializing in emerging issues in e-commerce, protecting intellectual property assets, and litigating complex intellectual property disputes. Mr. DeVore’s practice focuses on effectively managing the risks associated with e-commerce, including the protection of intellectual property, information privacy and security, anti-piracy investigations and enforcement, electronic marketing, adware, spyware, and other on-line threats.

Mr. DeVore was a Partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, before founding DeVore & DeMarco, LLP. He previously practiced at Parcher, Hayes & Snyder, one of the leading boutique intellectual property litigation firms in the country, and practiced at Debevoise & Plimpton in the intellectual property and white-collar crime groups before joining the U.S. Attorney's Office. Mr. DeVore served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas C. Platt, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York.
