Alexandra D. Korry

Alexandra D. Korry is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity groups at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York City. Ms. Korry has extensive experience advising clients on a wide variety of public and private merger and acquisition transactions and on corporate governance, takeover defense and related intellectual property matters.
Ms. Korry received an A.B. in Government, magna cum laude, from Harvard College in 1980, an M.Sc. in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1981 and a J.D. with high honors from Duke University School of Law in 1986. She is consistently recognized as a leading M&A lawyer by Chambers, The Best Lawyers in America and other publications.
Ms. Korry is a member of Sullivan & Cromwell’s Hiring and Diversity Committees and a member of the City Bar of New York’s Committee on Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Control Contests. She also is a former chair and member of the Board of the Harlem Educational Activities Fund, an afterschool program for NYC public school students in underserved communities, and a retired member of the Duke Law School Board of Visitors.
