Adam M. Gogolak is an Associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz's litigation department where he focuses his practice on representing corporations and directors in complex corporate, commercial, transactional and securities litigation, and regulatory investigative proceedings. Mr. Gogolak graduated magna cum laude from Williams College in 1998, and received a J.D., with distinction, from Stanford Law School where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Senior Article Editor of the Stanford Law Review.
