Professor Minoru Nakazato's talk is entitled "The Impact of Tax Shelters on Government Structures." Professor Nakazato is an acclaimed tax expert and a professor of law at the University of Tokyo, Graduate School of Law. This is the first of two talks he will be giving during his residence at Columbia Law School. Sponsored by the Center for Japanese Legal Studies.
