In this third in a series of lectures, Prof. Kentaro Matsubara discusses comparative law from the point of view of East Asia in a talk entitled, "Roman Law and the Russo-Japanese War: Legal History and Comparative Law from an East Asian Perspective."  Prof. Matsubara is a professor of law at University of Tokyo, Faculty of Law and is in residence at Columbia Law School as a visiting professor.
